                What is the Verified by Visa service (also known as 3D Secure service)?
               Verified by Visa is a service offered by ICICI Bank in partnership with Visa . This
                  service provides a way to PIN-protect your Card usage on the Internet.
               Simply register your Card and choose a 3D Secure PIN. This 3D Secure PIN will be
                  required whenever you use your Card to make Internet purchases from participating merchants. The
                  requirement of your 3D Secure PIN prevents unauthorized usage of your Card on the Internet, giving you
                  more confidence about making secure purchases online.
                Will I need to apply for a new ICICI Bank Card to use Verified by Visa ?
               No. Verified by Visa is designed to protect the ICICI Bank Card that you already
                  have.
                How much does Verified by Visa cost?
               Verified by Visa is free to ICICI Bank Cardholders.
                How do I know that my information will be kept private?
               ICICI Bank recognizes our obligation to keep information about you secure and
                  confidential. It's important for you to know that, unlike many other financial institutions, we do not
                  sell or share customer information with marketers outside the ICICI Bank. Your information is
                  transmitted using a high level of encryption. We only keep the information necessary to offer the

                Is Verified by Visa easy to use?
                Verified by Visa is quick and easy to use. When you submit an order in one of the
                  participating online stores, you will be asked for your Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN. Simply enter
                  your 3D Secure PIN, choose Submit, and you're done.
                What browser do I need to use for Verified by Visa ?
                Verified by Visa requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 and above,
                  Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above, or America Online 4.0 and above.
                Can I use Verified by Visa from any computer?
                Yes. One of the great advantages of Verified by Visa is that you can use it from
                  any computer connected to the Web.
               
                What cards can I register with Verified by Visa ?
                You can register any of your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards.
                Can I register more than one ICICI Bank Card?
                Yes. You are, in fact, required to register all of your ICICI Bank Cards that you
                  wish to use for Internet shopping.
                I have an Add-on card. Does the person who holds the Add-on card have to register
                  their card separately or can we share a 3D Secure PIN?
                We do not recommend sharing your 3D Secure PIN with anyone. The Add-on cardholder
                  would have to register separately for Verified by Visa and create his/her own 3D Secure PIN. This
                  increases the security of your Verified by Visa online purchases.
                Why do you require personal information, such as my date of birth, during
                  registration?
                We need to ensure that only the rightful owner of the Visa card is able to
                  register for Verified by Visa. By providing this personal information you help us verify your
                  identity.
                I encounter an error message even though I am entering the correct card details
                  and my genuine date of birth. Why does this happen and what should I do?
                You must ensure that you enter your Card number & valid from date exactly as it is
                  indicated on your ICICI Bank Card. You will receive an error message if any of these details do not
                  match.
                An error would also appear if the date of birth that you are entering does not
                  match with your date of birth (DOB) as captured in our records. This may be due to any reasons that
                  could have occurred during your Card application. To update your correct DOB in our systems, please
                  contact ICICI Bank Customer Care and follow the steps for Date of Birth updating.
                What does my 3D Secure PIN have to be made up of?
                Your Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN must be 6 digits in length and contain only
                  numbers.
                Why can't I use alphabets in my Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN ?
                According to the Reserve Bank of India, there will soon be a mandate to enter a 3D
                  Secure PIN for all Interactive Voice Response - IVR (tele-shopping transaction) transactions that take
                  place over the phone. In such cases it is not possible for a customer to enter alphabets or special
                  characters and this is where your numeric Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN will come in hand. Your 3D
                  Secure PIN will work for IVR transactions also, so that you are not forced to remember different 3D
                  Secure PINs for online shopping and IVR shopping.
                What steps should I take to ensure that my 3D Secure PIN is strong and difficult
                  to guess?
                Avoid using a 3D Secure PIN that is easy to guess, such as your date of birth.
                  Also avoid using a 3D Secure PIN that you have already used elsewhere. Keep in mind that while
                  consolidating 3D Secure PINs may be more convenient, it can also be less secure. It is your
                  responsibility to protect your 3D Secure PINs.
                A secure 3D Secure PIN should be something that is easy for you to remember but
                  difficult for anyone else to guess. Never write down your 3D Secure PIN in a place that could be
                  easily located. Never share your 3D Secure PIN with others. You may even choose to change your 3D
                  Secure PIN periodically.
                Can my Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN be the same as my Infinity Banking
                  Password?
                No, since your Infinity Banking Password cannot be purely numeric, it is not
                  possible for you to keep the same 3D Secure PIN for 3D Secure.
                If I register two or more ICICI Bank Cards, can I set the 3D Secure PIN to be the
                  same for all the Cards I register? 
                When you register with Verified by Visa you will be asked to create a 3D Secure
                  PIN only for the Card that you are registering. This 3D Secure PIN allows you to make online purchases
                  from participating Verified by Visa merchants using only that particular card. It is up to you to use
                  the same 3D Secure PIN for your other Cards as well. Keep in mind that while consolidating 3D Secure
                  PINs may be more convenient, it can also be less secure. It is your responsibility to protect your 3D
                  Secure PINs.
                What is a Personal Message?
                You create your Personal Message as in your Verified by Visa registration. When
                  you pay online, always look for your Personal Message before you enter your 3D Secure PIN to ensure
                  that you're using the authentic Verified by Visa service.
                Can I set my Personal Message to be the same as my 3D Secure PIN?
                Your Personal Message and your 3D Secure PIN must not be the same, to ensure your
                  security.
               
                How will I shop with Verified by Visa ?
                When you pay with your ICICI Bank Card, the 3D Secure service will automatically
                  be extended to you at participating online stores.
                Where will I be able to shop using Verified by Visa ?
                You can shop at any online store that has the Verified by Visa symbol. According
                  to Reserve Bank of India, all e-commerce merchants in India must implement this second level
                  authentication by August 1, 2009. Verified by Visa is the service that merchants will be using for all
                  Visa card transactions and hence you would be required to use your 3D Secure PIN at all online
                  merchants from August 1, 2009.
                How soon after completing my online registration can I begin to use the Verified
                  by Visa service to make online purchases? 
                The service is activated as soon as you receive confirmation of your registration.
                  You can go shopping immediately at a participating Verified by Visa merchant. At check-out, you will
                  be required to enter your 3D Secure PIN in the 3D Secure window.
                What will happen when I go to pay online?
                When you finish shopping at a participating Verified by Visa merchant, proceed to
                  the merchant's check-out page. After you enter your registered ICICI Bank Card number and submit your
                  purchase, your Verified by 3D Secure payment window will appear. First, look for your Personal
                  Message. Confirm that it is correct and then, enter your 3D Secure PIN and choose Submit.
                Once I sign up for Verified by Visa , will I enter my 3D Secure PIN wherever I
                  shop?
                You'll enter your Verified by Visa 3D Secure PIN only when making an online
                  purchase.
                I made an online purchase, but the Verified by Visa window did not appear. What's
                  wrong? (not permitted for Indian Merchants after August 1, 2009. International merchants however are
                  not covered in the RBI mandate)
                First, check to make sure that the Card you used for the purchase is one that you
                  have registered with the ICICI Bank Verified by Visa service. Second, determine whether the merchant
                  is a participating Verified by Visa merchant. The merchant must be participating in the Verified by
                  Visa service in order for the window to appear.
                Some participating merchants have formed marketing alliances with other stores in
                  the hope of providing increased selection and better service to customers of both stores. You may be
                  able to link to these partner stores from the participating merchants' web sites. These partner stores
                  may be independently operated web sites that may not support the Verified by Visa service and may not
                  prompt you for your 3D Secure PIN before completing the purchase. Please check to see if whether the
                  web e from which you are ordering is a web site of a Verified by Visa participating merchant or that
                  of a partner store.
                What happens if I try to make a purchase at a merchant that doesn't participate
                  in the Verified by Visa service?
                The only difference is that you will not see the Visa payment window prompting you
                  for your 3D Secure PIN – the purchase will proceed just as it did before you registered your Card with
                  Verified by Visa . Of course, by shopping at participating Verified by Visa merchants, you have the
                  extra security of confirming your identity with your 3D Secure PIN.
                I don't see my Personal Message on the receipt. What should I do?
                Always look for your Personal Message before signing the receipt. If your Personal
                  Message does not appear on the receipt, do not sign it – contact our customer service personnel.
                The Personal Message on the receipt is not mine. What should I do?
                If a Personal Message other than yours appears on the receipt, please do not sign
                  it – contact our customer service personnel. Always look for your Personal Message before signing the
                  receipt.
                What happens if I cancel my ICICI Bank Card and then get a new one with a
                  different account number?
                You will need to register the new Card for the Verified by Visa service.
               
                Can I change my 3D Secure PIN?
                Yes. You can change your 3D Secure PIN, anytime you wish. All you need to do is to
                  log onto  https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/ and
                  sign into the 3D Secure service using your Card
                  number as the username and your 6-digit numeric 3D Secure PIN as the login 3D Secure PIN. You will see
                  the link to change your 3D Secure PIN once you sign in. follow the simple steps to change to 3D Secure
                  PIN. Please note that you must have your mobile number updated with ICICI Bank to be able to complete
                  this process. Please be advised that since ICICI Bank's 3D Secure website is a secure site, the above
                  link must be typed in as shown. Alternatively, you may choose to visit www.icicibank.com to reach the
                  same website.
                What if I forget my 3D Secure PIN?
                For your protection you are offered three attempts to enter your 3D Secure PIN
                  correctly before your 3D Secure PIN is suspended. By selecting 'Forgot 3D Secure PIN', you will be
                  asked to provide your card details and your date of birth as you had entered them during enrolment.
                  After this, you would be sent a One Time Password (OTP) at your ICICI Bank registered mobile number ,
                  via an SMS. You would then have to enter this OTP either during your current transaction or by
                  visiting https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/ . Once
                  you have entered the OTP successfully, you will be
                  allowed to create a fresh 3D Secure PIN. If you still face problems, please contact ICICI Bank for
                  assistance.
                How do I change the mobile number that I have selected for use with Verified by
                  Visa correspondence?
                ICICI Bank 3D Secure service uses the mobile number that you have updated with
                  ICICI Bank Cards for all its communication. To make a change in the 3D Secure correspondence address
                  or mobile number, update your new details with ICICI Bank Customer Care.
                What happens if my Card is lost or stolen? Do I have to re-register with the
                  Verified by Visa service when I receive a new Card?
                To report your Card lost or stolen, call ICICI Bank Customer Care. Since you have
                  registered your Card with Verified by Visa , you have reduced the chance for online fraud on your
                  Card. You will be required to re-register your new Card number, and the new Card number will be
                  associated with your existing Verified by Visa profile.
                What happens if I suspect that someone has stolen or guessed my 3D Secure PIN?
               
                If you feel that your 3D Secure PIN has been compromised, log in to our 3D Secure
                  website 'https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/' to
                  re-set your 3D Secure PIN. If you also feel that your
                  Card number has been compromised and may be used fraudulently, you should immediately call ICICI Bank
                  Customer Care and report your card as lost or stolen.
                Whom should I call if the goods I purchase using the Verified by Visa service do
                  not arrive, are damaged, or are unsatisfactory?
                Your first attempt to correct the problem should be to contact the merchant with
                  whom you placed the order. Almost all online merchants have return policies and instructions posted on
                  their web sites. Customer service phone numbers are also easily accessible on the merchants' site.
                  Most online merchants will do their best to correct the problem in a timely manner. If the merchant
                  fails to resolve the issue, you can dispute a transaction according to the terms and conditions of the

                  These terms (the "Terms") regulates the 3D Secure service (Verified by Visa ("VbV") for Visa cards and
                  MasterCard® SecureCode™ ("MCSC") for MasterCard® cards) implemented for ICICI Bank credit and debit
                  card/s. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as prescribed
                  under the Primary Terms and Condition or General Terms and Conditions.
               
               In addition to the following, the words and phrases in these Terms and Conditions
                  shall have the meanings as defined under the Primary Terms and Condition or General Terms and
                  Conditions.
               "Card" shall mean a Visa/MasterCard Credit/Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank to the
                  Cardmember.
               "Cardmember" means any person holding a valid Card issued by ICICI Bank and who
                  desires to make payments to the Merchant using his/her Card through the Internet.
               "Merchant" means any person who owns or manages or operates the Merchant
                  Establishment through a website and accepts online payment made by the Cardmember using the Card for
                  the product and/or service purchased through the Merchant's website.
               "3D Secure PIN" means the 6 digit numeric personal identification number created by
                  the Cardmember in relation to the Credit/Debit Card and approved by ICICI Bank from time to time for
                  the purpose of authenticating the Cardmember while making online payment using the Credit/Debit Card.
               
               "Service" means the 3D secure process Verified by Visa / MasterCard® SecureCode™
                  introduced by ICICI Bank for the purpose of authenticating the Cardmember to make online payments
                  through the use of Credit/Debit Card.
               "User ID" means the Credit/Debit Card number provided to the Cardmember by ICICI
                  Bank to enable Cardmember to make Credit/Debit Card payments through the Internet using the
                  Credit/Debit Card.
               "Website" means the website of ICICI Bank located at the URL
                   https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/ .
               
               1. APPLICABILITY OF TERMS:
               These Terms form the contract between the Cardmember and ICICI Bank for the usage
                  of Service. The Cardmember shall create the 3D Secure PIN in the manner prescribed by ICICI Bank
                  at its sole discretion from time to time for use of the Service. These Terms are in addition to and
                  not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions governing ICICI Bank Cards Facilities (hereinafter
                  referred to as the "Primary Terms and Conditions"), Terms and Conditions for ICICI Bank Debit Cards,
                  Terms and Conditions governing Internet Banking Services of ICICI Bank, Terms and condition governing
                  ICICI Bank Phone Banking Services, and Terms and Conditions governing ICICI Bank's Savings Account
                  (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions"). Notwithstanding anything contained
                  herein, all terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates pertaining to the Card
                  and/or to any services/facilities offered by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates shall continue to be
                  applicable to the Cardmember, provided, however, in the event of a conflict in such other terms and
                  conditions stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates and the Terms herein, the Terms shall have
                  an overriding effect.
               2. TERMS FOR CREATION OF 3D SECURE PIN:
               The Cardmember shall register for the Service by providing such personal and
                  Credit/Debit Card details as shall be required by ICICI Bank from time to time for the purpose of
                  creating the 3D Secure PIN. ICICI Bank shall validate the Credit/Debit Card and personal details
                  provided by the Cardmember to enable the Cardmember to create the 3D Secure PIN. In the event any of
                  the personal or Credit/Debit Card details of the Cardmember is not as per the details available with
                  ICICI Bank, ICICI Bank shall at its sole discretion reject the creation of 3D Secure PIN by the
                  Cardmember and the Cardmember shall be required to update his personal and Credit/Debit Card details
                  with ICICI Bank in the manner prescribed by ICICI Bank. The Credit/Debit Card number shall be the User
                  ID for the purposes of authentication of the Cardmember.
               On successful creation of the 3D Secure PIN by the Cardmember, ICICI Bank shall
                  communicate the same to the Cardmember in a manner as shall be decided by ICICI Bank at its sole
                  discretion. If the Cardmember has more than one Credit/Debit Card linked to the same Card Account, the
                  Cardmember shall be required to create a 3D Secure PIN for each of the Credit/Debit Cards issued to
                  him by ICICI Bank.
               3. TERMS FOR THE CARDMEBER REGISTERED FOR THE SERVICE THROUGH THE INFINITY
                  PASSWORD:
               In the event the Cardmember holding a Credit/Debit Card is already registered for
                  the Service through the Infinity, he/she shall be required to re-register for the Service and create a
                  3D Secure PIN in the manner as shall be prescribed by ICICI Bank from time to time.
               4. CHARGES: 
               ICICI Bank reserves the right to charge and recover from the Cardmember service
                  charges/other applicable charges for providing the Service. The Cardmember hereby authorizes ICICI
                  Bank to recover the service charge by debiting the Card of the Cardmember or by sending a bill to the
                  Cardmember, who will be liable to make the payment within the specified period. Failure to do so shall
                  result in recovery of the service charge by ICICI Bank in a manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit along
                  with such interest, if any, and/or suspension of the Service without any liability to ICICI Bank.
               5. AUTHORITY TO ICICI BANK:
               ICICI Bank shall have no obligation to verify the authenticity of any
                  transaction/instruction received or purported to have been received from the Cardmember other than by
                  means of verification of the 3D Secure PIN. While ICICI Bank and the Affiliates shall endeavour to
                  carry out the instructions promptly, they shall not be responsible for any delay in carrying on the
                  instructions due to any reason whatsoever, including due to failure of operational systems or any
                  requirement of law. ICICI Bank may refuse to comply with the instructions without assigning any reason
                  and shall not be under any duty to assess the prudence or otherwise of any instruction and have the
                  right to suspend the Service if it has reason to believe that the Cardmember's instructions will lead
                  or expose to direct or indirect loss or may require an indemnity from the Cardmember.
               6. LIABILITY OF THE CARDMEMBER AND ICICI BANK:
               Neither ICICI Bank nor the Affiliates shall be liable for any unauthorised
                  transactions occurring through the use of the Service, and the Cardmember hereby fully indemnifies and
                  holds ICICI Bank and the Affiliates harmless against any action, suit, or proceeding initiated against
                  it or any loss, cost, or damage incurred by it as a result thereof. ICICI Bank shall under no
                  circumstance be held liable to the Cardmember if the Service is not available in the desired manner
                  for reasons including but not limited to natural calamities, legal restraints, faults in the
                  telecommunication network or network failure, or any other reason beyond the control of ICICI Bank.
                  Under no circumstances shall ICICI Bank be liable for any damages whatsoever whether such damages are
                  direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and irrespective of whether any claim is based on loss of
                  revenue, interruption of business, or any loss of any character or nature whatsoever and whether
                  sustained by the Cardmember or by any other person. Illegal or improper use of the Service shall
                  render the Cardmember liable for payment of financial charges as decided by ICICI Bank or will result
                  in suspension of the Service.
               7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
               The Cardmember expressly agrees that use of the Website is at its sole risk. The
                  Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as warranted in the Terms, ICICI
                  Bank expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied or statutory,
                  including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
                  purpose, data accuracy and completeness, and any warranties relating to non-infringement in the
                  Service provided by ICICI Bank.
               ICICI Bank does not warrant that access to the Website and Service shall be
                  uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may
                  be obtained from the Website or use, accuracy or reliability of the Service.
               
                  ICICI Bank will not be liable for any virus that may enter the Cardmember's system as a result of the
                  Cardmember using the Service. 
                  ICICI Bank does not guarantee to the Cardmember or any other third party that the Service would be
                  virus free.
               
               8. GENERAL TERMS:
               The Cardmember acknowledges, represents and warrants that the 3D Secure PIN created
                  by the Cardmember enable him/her to make online payment using the Credit/Debit Card and that
                  Cardmember is the sole and exclusive owner and is the only authorised user of the 3D Secure PIN and
                  accepts sole responsibility for use, confidentiality and protection of the 3D Secure PIN.
               The Cardmember grants express authority to ICICI Bank for carrying out transactions
                  and instructions authenticated by such 3D Secure PIN. The Cardmember unconditionally undertakes to
                  have the 3D Secure PIN of such number of digits as may be notified by ICICI Bank from time to time and
                  ensure that the same is kept confidential; and to not let any unauthorised person have access to the
                  3D Secure PIN while the Cardmember is purchasing the products and/or service from the Merchant's
                  website. If the Cardmember forgets the 3D Secure PIN , then the Cardmember may request for the issue
                  of a new 3D Secure PIN by clicking on the "Forgot 3D Secure PIN" and validating himself in the manner
                  required by ICICI Bank from time to time and this shall not be construed as the commencement of a new
                  contract. Such 3D Secure PIN may be issued within such time as may be intimated by ICICI Bank from
                  time to time. The Cardmember agrees and acknowledges that ICICI Bank shall in no way be held
                  responsible or liable if the Cardmember incurs any loss as a result of information being disclosed
                  regarding his Card(s) or ICICI Bank carrying the instruction of the Cardmember and the Cardmember
                  shall fully indemnify and hold harmless ICICI Bank and the Affiliates in respect of the same. The
                  Cardmember shall maintain the secrecy of all information of confidential nature and shall ensure that
                  the same is not disclosed to any person voluntarily, accidentally or by mistake. The Cardmember agrees
                  and acknowledges that any loss, damage, liability caused or suffered by the Cardmember due to
                  disclosure of all information of confidential nature shall be borne by the Cardmember without
                  transferring any liability or responsibility towards ICICI Bank.
               In the event the Credit/Debit Card gets blocked after a number of incorrect 3D
                  Secure PIN attempts, upto such number as may be intimated by ICICI Bank from time to time, the
                  Cardmember shall be required to contact ICICI Bank 24 hours Customer Care Centre and request for
                  unblocking of his Credit/Debit Card after successfully authenticating himself.
               Change of Terms: This Service shall be provided at the discretion of ICICI Bank who
                  reserves the right to add, revise, suspend in whole or in part any of the Services provided by it. By
                  using the Service, the Cardmember shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms. ICICI Bank shall have
                  the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the Terms and/or terms and conditions stipulated
                  by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates pertaining to the Service and/or to any services/facilities
                  offered by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates at any time and shall give prior notice of one month by
                  hosting the same on the Website or in any other manner as decided by ICICI Bank. The Cardmember shall
                  be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and the terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI
                  Bank and/or its Affiliates including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website. Such amended
                  Terms stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates will thereupon apply to and be binding on the
                  Cardmember at the expiry of one month from the date of notice.
               By using any new services as may be introduced by ICICI Bank, the Cardmember shall
                  be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its
                  Affiliates.
               The Cardmember is aware that in case of online payment using the Credit/Debit Card
                  over the Internet, the Cardmember will not sign the charge-slips at the time of making the online
                  payment. Accordingly, the Cardmember accepts that, in the event of any dispute regarding the
                  authenticity or validity of such a payment after being authenticated through the Service, for any
                  reason whatsoever, the Cardmember shall be liable to pay the outstanding amount payable. ICICI Bank
                  shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for the same.
               The Cardmember shall be solely responsible for the payments made through the
                  Internet even in the event of the Cardmember claiming non-possession of the Card with him/her. The
                  Cardmember shall further be solely responsible for any payments made using the Card through the
                  Internet for travel and entertainment purposes and cannot claim the invalidity of the same.
               The Cardmember agrees and acknowledges that ICICI Bank shall in no way be held
                  responsible or liable if the Cardmember incurs any loss as a result of carrying the instruction of the
                  Cardmember pursuant to the verification through the 3D Secure PIN and the Cardmember shall fully
                  indemnify and hold harmless ICICI Bank and the Affiliates in respect of the same. The Cardmember shall
                  maintain the secrecy of all information of confidential nature and shall ensure that the same is not
                  disclosed to any person voluntarily, accidentally or by mistake. The Cardmember agrees and
                  acknowledges that any loss, damage, liability caused or suffered by the Cardmember due to disclosure
                  of all information of confidential nature shall be borne by the Cardmember without transferring any
                  liability or responsibility towards ICICI Bank. The Cardmember shall comply with such guidelines,
                  instructions or terms as ICICI Bank may prescribe from time to time with respect to the 3D Secure PIN.
               
               Any payment made on the Internet using the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN shall be
                  deemed to be an instruction received from the Cardmember. The Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN created by
                  him/her, allows Cardmember to make payments through Internet and that Card-member is the sole and
                  exclusive owner of the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN and accepts sole responsibility for use,
                  confidentiality and protection of the 3D Secure PIN, as well as for all payments made using such 3D
                  Secure PIN. The use of the Card by the Cardmember for making payments on the Website is at the
                  Cardmember's own risk and is the Cardmember's sole responsibility.
               The Cardmember shall indemnify and hold ICICI Bank, including its officers,
                  employees and agents, indemnified against all losses and expenses on full indemnity basis which ICICI
                  Bank may incur, sustain, suffer or is likely to suffer in connection with the execution of the
                  Cardmember's instructions and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages,
                  costs, charges and expenses as a consequence or by reason of providing the Service.
               ICICI Bank has no obligation to verify the authenticity of any payment made from
                  the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN other than by means of verification of the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN.
               
               Proprietary Rights: ICICI Bank shall make reasonable efforts to advise from time to
                  time the software such as browsers, which are required for availing of the Service. There will be no
                  obligation on ICICI Bank to support all or any versions of the software as may be required for
                  offering the Service. The Cardmember acknowledges that the software underlying the Service are the
                  legal property of the respective vendors. The permission given by ICICI Bank to access the service
                  will not convey any proprietary or ownership rights in such software. The Cardmember shall not attempt
                  to modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software underlying the Service
                  or create any derivative product based on the software.
               
             
            
            
            
               Registration for ICICI Bank 3D Secure Service 
                Please read the Terms & Conditions given below carefully before proceeding to
                  register 
               
                  These terms (the "Terms") regulates the 3D Secure service (Verified by Visa ("VbV") for Visa cards and
                  MasterCard® SecureCode™ ("MCSC") for MasterCard® cards) implemented for ICICI Bank credit and debit
                  card/s. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as prescribed
                  under the Primary Terms and Condition or General Terms and Conditions.
               
               
                  In addition to the following, the words and phrases in these Terms and Conditions shall have the
                  meanings as defined under the Primary Terms and Condition or General Terms and Conditions.
               
               
                  ”Card” shall mean a Visa/MasterCard Credit/Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardmember.
               
               
                  "Cardmember" means any person holding a valid Card issued by ICICI Bank and who desires to make
                  payments to the Merchant using his/ her Card through the Internet.
               
               
                  "Merchant" means any person who owns or manages or operates the Merchant Establishment through a
                  website and accepts online payment made by the Cardmember using the Card for the product and/or
                  service purchased through the Merchant's website.

                  indirect, incidental consequential and irrespective of whether any claim is based on loss of revenue,
                  interruption of business or any loss of any character or nature whatsoever and whether sustained by
                  the Cardmember or by any other person. Illegal or improper use of the Service shall render the
                  Cardmember liable for payment of financial charges as decided by ICICI Bank or will result in
                  suspension of the Service.

                  be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and the terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI
                  Bank and/or its Affiliates including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website. Such amended
                  Terms stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates will thereupon apply to and be binding on the
                  Cardmember at the expiry of one month from the date of notice.
               By using any new services as may be introduced by ICICI Bank, the Cardmember shall
                  be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its
                  Affiliates.
               The Cardmember is aware that in case of online payment using the Credit/Debit Card
                  over the Internet, the Cardmember will not sign the charge-slips at the time of making the online
                  payment. Accordingly, the Cardmember accepts that, in the event of any dispute regarding the
                  authenticity or validity of such a payment after being authenticated through the Service, for any
                  reason whatsoever, the Cardmember shall be liable to pay the outstanding amount payable. ICICI Bank
                  shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for the same.
               The Cardmember shall be solely responsible for the payments made through the
                  Internet even in the event of the Cardmember claiming non-possession of the Card with him/her. The
                  Cardmember shall further be solely responsible for any payments made using the Card through the
                  Internet for travel and entertainment purposes and cannot claim the invalidity of the same.
               The Cardmember agrees and acknowledges that ICICI Bank shall in no way be held
                  responsible or liable if the Cardmember incurs any loss as a result of carrying the instruction of the
                  Cardmember pursuant to the verification through the 3D Secure PIN and the Cardmember shall fully
                  indemnify and hold harmless ICICI Bank and the Affiliates in respect of the same. The Cardmember shall
                  maintain the secrecy of all information of confidential nature and shall ensure that the same is not
                  disclosed to any person voluntarily, accidentally or by mistake. The Cardmember agrees and
                  acknowledges that any loss, damage, liability caused or suffered by the Cardmember due to disclosure
                  of all information of confidential nature shall be borne by the Cardmember without transferring any
                  liability or responsibility towards ICICI Bank. The Cardmember shall comply with such guidelines,
                  instructions or terms as ICICI Bank may prescribe from time to time with respect to the 3D Secure PIN.
               
               Any payment made on the Internet using the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN shall be
                  deemed to be an instruction received from the Cardmember. The Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN created by
                  him/her, allows Cardmember to make payments through Internet and that Card-member is the sole and
                  exclusive owner of the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN and accepts sole responsibility for use,
                  confidentiality and protection of the 3D Secure PIN, as well as for all payments made using such 3D
                  Secure PIN. The use of the Card by the Cardmember for making payments on the Website is at the
                  Cardmember's own risk and is the Cardmember's sole responsibility.
               The Cardmember shall indemnify and hold ICICI Bank, including its officers,
                  employees and agents, indemnified against all losses and expenses on full indemnity basis which ICICI
                  Bank may incur, sustain, suffer or is likely to suffer in connection with the execution of the
                  Cardmember's instructions and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages,
                  costs, charges and expenses as a consequence or by reason of providing the Service.
               ICICI Bank has no obligation to verify the authenticity of any payment made from
                  the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN other than by means of verification of the Cardmember's 3D Secure PIN.
               
               Proprietary Rights: ICICI Bank shall make reasonable efforts to advise from time to
                  time the software such as browsers, which are required for availing of the Service. There will be no
                  obligation on ICICI Bank to support all or any versions of the software as may be required for
                  offering the Service. The Cardmember acknowledges that the software underlying the Service are the
                  legal property of the respective vendors. The permission given by ICICI Bank to access the service
                  will not convey any proprietary or ownership rights in such software. The Cardmember shall not attempt
                  to modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software underlying the Service

                What is the American Express Safekey service (also known as 3D Secure service)?
               
                American Express Safekey is a service offered by ICICI Bank in partnership with
                  American Express. This service provides a way to PIN-protect your Card usage on the Internet.
                Simply register your Card and choose a 3D Secure PIN. This 3D Secure PIN will be
                  required whenever you use your
                  Card to make Internet purchases from participating merchants. The requirement of your 3D Secure PIN
                  prevents unauthorized usage of your Card on the Internet, giving you more confidence about making
                  secure purchases online.
                Will I need to apply for a new ICICI Bank Card to use American Express Safekey ?
               
                No. American Express Safekey is designed to protect the ICICI Bank Card that you
                  already have.
                How much does American Express Safekey cost? 
                American Express Safekey is free to ICICI Bank Cardholders.
                How do I know that my information will be kept private? 
                ICICI Bank recognizes our obligation to keep information about you secure and

                Is American Express Safekey easy to use? 
                American Express Safekey is quick and easy to use. When you submit an order in one
                  of the participating online stores, you will be asked for your American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN.
                  Simply enter your 3D Secure PIN, choose Submit, and you're done.
                What browser do I need to use for American Express Safekey ? 
                American Express Safekey requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 and
                  above, Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above, or America Online 4.0 and above.
                Can I use American Express Safekey from any computer? 
                Yes. One of the great advantages of American Express Safekey is that you can use
                  it from any computer connected to the Web. 
               
                What cards can I register with American Express Safekey ? 
                You can register any of your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards. 
                Can I register more than one ICICI Bank Card? 
                Yes. You are, in fact, required to register all of your ICICI Bank Cards that you
                  wish to use for Internet shopping. 
                I have an Add-on card. Does the person who holds the Add-on card have to register
                  their card separately or can we share a 3D Secure PIN? 
                We do not recommend sharing your 3D Secure PIN with anyone. The Add-on cardholder
                  would have to register separately for American Express Safekey and create his/her own 3D Secure PIN.
                  This increases the security of your American Express Safekey online purchases. 
                Why do you require personal information, such as my date of birth, during
                  registration? 
                We need to ensure that only the rightful owner of the American Express card is
                  able to register for American Express Safekey. By providing this personal information you help us
                  verify your identity. 
                I encounter an error message even though I am entering the correct card details
                  and my genuine date of birth. Why does this happen and what should I do? 
                You must ensure that you enter your Card number & valid from date exactly as it is
                  indicated on your ICICI Bank Card. You will receive an error message if any of these details do not
                  match. 
                An error would also appear if the date of birth that you are entering does not
                  match with your date of birth (DOB) as captured in our records. This may be due to any reasons that
                  could have occurred during your Card application. To update your correct DOB in our systems, please
                  contact ICICI Bank Customer Care and follow the steps for Date of Birth updating. 
                What does my 3D Secure PIN have to be made up of? 
                Your American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN must be 6 digits in length and contain
                  only numbers. 
                Why can't I use alphabets in my American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN ? 
                According to the Reserve Bank of India, there will soon be a mandate to enter a 3D
                  Secure PIN for all Interactive Voice Response - IVR (tele-shopping transaction) transactions that take
                  place over the phone. In such cases it is not possible for a customer to enter alphabets or special
                  characters and this is where your numeric American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN will come in hand.
                  Your 3D Secure PIN will work for IVR transactions also, so that you are not forced to remember
                  different 3D Secure PINs for online shopping and IVR shopping. 
                What steps should I take to ensure that my 3D Secure PIN is strong and difficult
                  to guess? 
                Avoid using a 3D Secure PIN that is easy to guess, such as your date of birth.
                  Also avoid using a 3D Secure PIN that you have already used elsewhere. Keep in mind that while
                  consolidating 3D Secure PINs may be more convenient, it can also be less secure. It is your
                  responsibility to protect your 3D Secure PINs. 
                A secure 3D Secure PIN should be something that is easy for you to remember but
                  difficult for anyone else to guess. Never write down your 3D Secure PIN in a place that could be
                  easily located. Never share your 3D Secure PIN with others. You may even choose to change your 3D
                  Secure PIN periodically. 
                Can my American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN be the same as my Infinity Banking
                  Password? 
                No, since your Infinity Banking Password cannot be purely numeric, it is not
                  possible for you to keep the same 3D Secure PIN for 3D Secure. 
                If I register two or more ICICI Bank Cards, can I set the 3D Secure PIN to be the
                  same for all the Cards I register? 
                When you register with American Express Safekey you will be asked to create a 3D
                  Secure PIN only for the Card that you are registering. This 3D Secure PIN allows you to make online
                  purchases from participating American Express Safekey merchants using only that particular card. It is
                  up to you to use the same 3D Secure PIN for your other Cards as well. Keep in mind that while
                  consolidating 3D Secure PINs may be more convenient, it can also be less secure. It is your
                  responsibility to protect your 3D Secure PINs.
               
 What is a Personal Message? 
                You create your Personal Message as in your American Express Safekey registration.
                  When you pay online, always look for your Personal Message before you enter your 3D Secure PIN to
                  ensure that you're using the authentic American Express Safekey service.
               
 Can I set my Personal Message to be the same as my 3D Secure PIN? 
                Your Personal Message and your 3D Secure PIN must not be the same, to ensure your
                  security.
               
                How will I shop with American Express Safekey ? 
                When you pay with your ICICI Bank Card, the 3D Secure service will automatically
                  be extended to you at participating online stores.
               
 Where will I be able to shop using American Express Safekey ? 
                You can shop at any online store that has the American Express Safekey symbol.
                  According to Reserve Bank of India, all e-commerce merchants in India must implement this second level
                  authentication by August 1, 2009. American Express Safekey is the service that merchants will be using
                  for all American Express card transactions and hence you would be required to use your 3D Secure PIN
                  at all online merchants from August 1, 2009.
               
 How soon after completing my online registration can I begin to use the American
                  Express Safekey service to make online purchases? 
                The service is activated as soon as you receive confirmation of your registration.
                  You can go shopping immediately at a participating American Express Safekey merchant. At check-out,
                  you will be required to enter your 3D Secure PIN in the 3D Secure window.
               
 What will happen when I go to pay online? 
                When you finish shopping at a participating American Express Safekey merchant,
                  proceed to the merchant's check-out page. After you enter your registered ICICI Bank Card number and
                  submit your purchase, your Verified by 3D Secure payment window will appear. First, look for your
                  Personal Message. Confirm that it is correct and then, enter your 3D Secure PIN and choose Submit.
                Once I sign up for American Express Safekey , will I enter my 3D Secure PIN
                  wherever I shop? 
                You'll enter your American Express Safekey 3D Secure PIN only when making an
                  online purchase.
                I made an online purchase, but the American Express Safekey window did not
                  appear. What's wrong? (not permitted for Indian Merchants after August 1, 2009. International
                  merchants however are not covered in the RBI mandate)
                First, check to make sure that the Card you used for the purchase is one that you
                  have registered with the ICICI Bank American Express Safekey service. Second, determine whether the
                  merchant is a participating American Express Safekey merchant. The merchant must be participating in
                  the American Express Safekey service in order for the window to appear.
               Some participating merchants have formed marketing alliances with other stores in the hope of providing
               increased selection and better service to customers of both stores. You may be able to link to these
               partner stores from the participating merchants' web sites. These partner stores may be independently
               operated web sites that may not support the American Express Safekey service and may not prompt you for
               your 3D Secure PIN before completing the purchase. Please check to see if whether the web e from which
               you are ordering is a web site of a American Express Safekey participating merchant or that of a partner
               store.
                What happens if I try to make a purchase at a merchant that doesn't participate
                  in the American Express Safekey service? 
                The only difference is that you will not see the American Express payment window
                  prompting you for your 3D Secure PIN - the purchase will proceed just as it did before you registered
                  your Card with American Express Safekey . Of course, by shopping at participating American Express
                  Safekey merchants, you have the extra security of confirming your identity with your 3D Secure PIN.
               
                I don't see my Personal Message on the receipt. What should I do? 
                Always look for your Personal Message before signing the receipt. If your Personal
                  Message does not appear on the receipt, do not sign it - contact our customer service personnel.
                The Personal Message on the receipt is not mine. What should I do? 
                If a Personal Message other than yours appears on the receipt, please do not sign
                  it - contact our customer service personnel. Always look for your Personal Message before signing the
                  receipt.
                What happens if I cancel my ICICI Bank Card and then get a new one with a
                  different account number? 
                You will need to register the new Card for the American Express Safekey service.
               
               
                Can I change my 3D Secure PIN? 
                Yes. You can change your 3D Secure PIN, anytime you wish. All you need to do is to
                  log onto  https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/  and
                  sign into the 3D Secure service using your Card
                  number as the username and your 6-digit numeric 3D Secure PIN as the login 3D Secure PIN. You will see
                  the link to change your 3D Secure PIN once you sign in. follow the simple steps to change to 3D Secure
                  PIN. Please note that you must have your mobile number updated with ICICI Bank to be able to complete
                  this process. Please be advised that since ICICI Bank's 3D Secure website is a secure site, the above
                  link must be typed in as shown. Alternatively, you may choose to visit 
                     www.icicibank.com  to reach the
                  same website.
                What if I forget my 3D Secure PIN? 
                For your protection you are offered three attempts to enter your 3D Secure PIN
                  correctly before your 3D Secure PIN is suspended. By selecting 'Forgot 3D Secure PIN', you will be
                  asked to provide your card details and your date of birth as you had entered them during enrolment.
                  After this, you would be sent a One Time Password (OTP) at your ICICI Bank registered mobile number ,
                  via an SMS. You would then have to enter this OTP either during your current transaction or by
                  visiting  https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/  . Once
                  you have entered the OTP successfully, you will be
                  allowed to create a fresh 3D Secure PIN. If you still face problems, please contact ICICI Bank for
                  assistance.
                How do I change the mobile number that I have selected for use with American
                  Express Safekey correspondence? 
                ICICI Bank 3D Secure service uses the mobile number that you have updated with
                  ICICI Bank Cards for all its communication. To make a change in the 3D Secure correspondence address
                  or mobile number, update your new details with ICICI Bank Customer Care.
                What happens if my Card is lost or stolen? Do I have to re-register with the
                  American Express Safekey service when I receive a newCard? 
                To report your Card lost or stolen, call ICICI Bank Customer Care. Since you have
                  registered your Card with American Express Safekey , you have reduced the chance for online fraud on
                  your Card. You will be required to re-register your new Card number, and the new Card number will be
                  associated with your existing American Express Safekey profile.
                What happens if I suspect that someone has stolen or guessed my 3D Secure PIN?
               
                If you feel that your 3D Secure PIN has been compromised, log in to our 3D Secure
                  website  'https://www.3dsecure.icicibank.com/'  to
                  re-set your 3D Secure PIN. If you also feel that your
                  Card number has been compromised and may be used fraudulently, you should immediately call ICICI Bank
                  Customer Care and report your card as lost or stolen.
                Whom should I call if the goods I purchase using the American Express Safekey
                  service do not arrive, are damaged, or are unsatisfactory? 
                Your first attempt to correct the problem should be to contact the merchant with
                  whom you placed the order. Almost all online merchants have return policies and instructions posted on
                  their web sites. Customer service phone numbers are also easily accessible on the merchants' site.
                  Most online merchants will do their best to correct the problem in a timely manner. If the merchant
                  fails to resolve the issue, you can dispute a transaction according to the terms and conditions of the
                  card you used to make the purchase.
